What is the general idea as regards watching porn, or any other activity that will get you aroused?

Are these things to be avoided unless Miss Jay says so?

Or is it more like, you can do it, but its only going to make things worse?

Afternoon George. I personally don't since becoming one of Miss Jay's pets. It adds to the intensity of denial for me.
A couple of days ago she did a tease where we had to pick a photo from her teases and that was to be our pic to be used every time we stroked. So, for me, I don't look at other porn sexually.

So long as you don't touch then I would have thought that you'd be okay, but its probably best to ask Miss Jay. But if you can't touch then what's the point in watching porn?

I know what you mean re: whats the point, but there are things I am reading about here and in other threads that I dont quite understand (ruined orgasm, for example), and to get a visual on it would might explain. I'll not thought until I've asked Miss Jay. Speaking of which, can one PM MissJay anytime? There seems to have been quite a bit of permission asking in previous threads, is that the general rule?

Seems like many ask permission - but I'm sure that others do not. I have to get permission now from my Mistress before I can PM Miss Jay - Mistress D said she thought I was bothering her too much!
