I would only go to the p4 system if it is free
As it is the absolute minimum for today's usage

I will do some research on the upgrade. In this age of the internet, you can get some very good deals. Also, here in San Antonio, Texas, I have some reliable computer warehouse store where I can get motherboards very inexpensive. I have worked in computer labs and will be able to make my own frankenstein system.
