... Hold on, I only just realised that I might have been doing this wrong the whole time. If there are multiple edge triggers in a picture are we supposed to only edge once? Or should we edge one per trigger, which is what I've been doing?

I also edge once for each edge trigger in a picture. So i think you are doing right so far.

A 100 plus image gallery!? with me probably averaging something like 3 edges per picture! And why not add a "MEDIUM" challenge... another 130-ish edges should be fine, right?... Oh, and why not add a 30-ish minute video as well, yep, great, let's do that. And don’t forget to turn off the slow speed and stop on the metronome, so that we have to do at least 2 edges per minute!... How about some extra edging and gooning for desert, sure let's bring it on! What could possibly go wrong... You utter BASTARDS! Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go and give my aching fucking balls some rest, before you lot come up with some other form of diabolical torture!

… Just to be clear, I’m not actually angry, just felt like ranting a bit.

Edit: reading this back I realise that it may come across as a bit... Aggressive. I was, mostly joking. As weird as it may sound I'm honestly kind of greatful. I would have never come up with, let alone attempt, this challenge on my own, and, now that it's over, I'm very glad to have done it. And don't worry about me, I'll recover, just need to play light the coming days.

I'm all for lots of edges and hard challenges but I also have to work a job to pay bills. This challenge is ungodly long. Given my edge triggers i have about 4 edges per picture. For the whopping 241 pictures in this gallery lets give a rough estimate that each edge takes 15 seconds give or take. This challenge will take 4 entire hours to complete. There's a point where its just not fun anymore. I wanted to just have a nice evening play my challenge and go to bed but now to continue this game I have to lose my entire sleep schedule. Given that up until this point most gallery challenges were taking at most 30 mins I have to believe this wasn't intentional. But I physically am not completing this challenge I don't know what that does to my participation in this game but I simply cannot sacrifice my real life for this.

I completely agree that yesterday's mandatory challenge was way too extreme. People have different limits and some people have very busy lives, everyone shouldn't be expected to handle that amount of edges in one day. I do hope that popss and anyone else that have not done the task have also not cum yet and are willing to keep going with NNN. Nobody should be stopped from participating for choosing not to do something that is, for them, impossible. Maybe take some points from those that didn't make it, or give some bonus points for those that have.

I'm not saying that challenges like these can't be in NNN, I just don't think that the mandatory tasks should be this hard. Mostly I feel bad for those, like funlevel11, that attempted the challenge and failed. Whilst they can of course still participate, it is always a huge disappointment to cum during NNN. And when this happens as a result of a challenge that feels unfair... That just dose not sit right with me.

As someone who did all tasks yesterday, I woke up with a headache, a snivel, my body is sore all over and I'm feeling "shaky". I could only manage it because I have the "fortune" of not having a full time job and I took it slow the day before. And, whilst I'm very grateful to have had this experience, and proud to have endured it, it is not something I can recommend. Nor do I think I ever want to experience this again.

PS: I also just had a look at today's gallery, it has over 150 pics... I am in no condition to do this and would recommend everyone to hold of on it until Ecik gets a chance to read this and make a decision.

These challenges seem indeed very overtuned when you have so many edge triggers Even though the idea of a long and unrelenting edge challenge is really hot in theory. This is bound to happen, we all have to remember this is still a forum game put together by normal users. There is no fleet of beta testers to iron out these kinks ( although I guess that's us .)

I think missing a day because you couldn't complete a task or just didn't have time is just a natural consequence of a game like this, we all have real lifes to care for as well. Since you can reenter after cumming, missing a day isn't such a big deal.

I fully understand wanting to play ernestly but remember to take care of yourselves and don't go overboard if something doesn't seem right. Although the goals we set on ourselves in completing NNN is largely personal.

I'm still having an absolute blast with this and huge thanks to Ecik17 for putting it all together But these challenges should probably be nerfed a bit for the remainder.

My perspective on what has happened yesterday, as one who failed:

Was it a very hard task? Yes.
Extreme? For me, yes. For others may be no.
Did I fail because of its intensity? No.

I was in the position to decide how much time I spend on it, if I do it in one shot, if I do it on just one day …

I decided I do it in one shot and failed it three images before the end of the gallery.
I immediatelly knew I should have done it in smaller batches with pauses and maybe on two days.

I made a decision. I lost my NNN that I cannot restart.

I do not blame anybody, neither myself.

It does not mean I finish doing the remaining tasks. I just closed the challenge this year. No drama.

I loved every minutes of it, including yesterday ones.

Thanks for Ecik making this challenge possible.

Enjoy, try to find your balance, try to succeed, have fun.

Make your decisions wisely.

I have done it when time doesn’t allow, I have a full time job, a wife to spend time with, other hobbies thats not gooning, so if I need to I usually do that for picture based tasks, am I allowed to do it for videos? Like either stop and return mid video, or multi video tasks between videos? I have paused due to time as some are very long (mid gallery and between multi vid tasks) and not due to potentially failing which I have already a few times.

IMO Pausing a grindy task where it's just counting edges, like the daily gallery, is no problem. You still do the required edges.

Videos is a bit different they often have tasks that rely on the building excitement/arousal to get more difficult. Like stroking to a beat and trying not to edge, feels a bit like defeating the purpose to pause a video like that. IMO, I would probably say that 1 task = 1 session.

Yeah and I have not done any mid video pauses, i usually just skip the task till I can find the time to do the full length and if I need to stop I’ll restart from the beginning. But what are the thoughts for tasks of multiple videos? Like its fine having to do a sub 10min video but some tasks are multiple long videos, are we suppose to skip those if we cannot find the time or can we knock them out vid by vid like pic by pic in galleries?

Also going back to pausing mid video I have been thinking about what you said for arousal build up being a big aspect, any thoughts on for really long videos if time is the limiting factor to resume but after X edges per minute you need to fast forward? Or anything that helps with the time commitment
