I just decided to test the blog image thing to see if I'd get any errors, so far none that I can spot but I am getting massive slowdowns doing some things.
Loading the first image though took a little bit (30 secs) subsequent images were nearly instant though. The big performance killer was removing an image from the url file. That would take anywhere between 3 and 5 minutes to unfreeze after clicking. Creating new url files was a bit wonky as well. Sometimes it would freeze up for a while & the buttons would grey out and not work. (ended up with a rather large url file that way though)

Thanks for letting me know, I have a few questions

What patch did this start happening, this last patch 31? Are you using the right click menu to remove URL Files from the main window after calling a Blog Image, or are you using the URL File viewer to remove them? Does the slowdown happen on both?

The fact that it was freezing during URL File creation is especially puzzling to me because that process has been moved to a background worker in its own thread. Even when I load sites that I know are going to create massive URL Files, I can drag the window around, do other stuff, cancel, no problem.

Do all these problems happen every time you run the program now?

I'm still getting an Unhandled Exception occasionally when viewing the random Blog images.

I can't say that I've seen the long wait times for loading (or removing) images, however.

there is no difference between c# and vb they are interchangeable.
VB syntax is far superior in that it is more readable.
C syntax is obtuse and has a higher learning curve.

Unfortunately it's syntax is more widely used so it is more sensible to learn it than vb now.

A bit like vhs / betamax, vhs was inferior but more popular so it ended up the standard.

Prepatch 30 I don't remember having this problem. I've had it with both patch 30 and 31. I've just now rebooted (never know) and tried it with both the right click menu and the one in the settings menu. Both took a while.
I've launched it multiple times to test and yeah its persisted every time. I'm going to try a fresh install on another drive and copy over my URL files and test. When I do that I'll try making another two url files and see if I get the same issues as well.

Tried it on the new drive and no problems at all, everything was instant. So....I'll just try wiping my main folder of everything except the essentials and the settings in Users\Koharu\AppData\Local\Tease_AI and that should hopefully fix it.
Edit: Yup not sure what the problem was, but clearing the folder out and starting from scratch fixed it.

Patch Notes:

I believe I have finally tracked down the bug that was causing OutOfRangeExceptions when viewing Blog Images. I have tested Blog and Local Images thoroughly, and have not gotten any exceptions, unhandled or otherwise.

Added "Copy Image Location" to main Image window right-click menu. Nothing major, just in case you see a hot blog image you want to try to find the source of, or a local image that you want to know where exactly on your computer it's located

Added Session Images area to the Misc tab. I know I tend to forget about the session images that Tease AI saves if the option's checked, so this lets you see how many files you've amassed and how much space they're taking up. You can can also open the Session Image folder or delete all images inside of it

Removed some redundant code


Please let me know if you're now able to view images without incident. If the problem persists, I will track it down, but I feel pretty good about this patch fixing the problem

@1885, a tease I had been working on for 2 years and finally scrapped due to frustration with Nyx, is now an almost fully fleshed AI in less than a week. You're awesome. TeaseAI is awesome.

I had an idea, and I have no idea how to explain it... But this is what it looks like in my head lol...

What if TeaseAI stored DommeProfiles sorted domme profiles in a preset directory, For instance
...\Profiles\Hair Length>\<Hair Color>\<Eye Color>\ ...etc

There are then 468,000 possible combinations based off of unique DommeSettings

What if I could tag pictures in my DommeProfile directory with those same tags
Long Hair or Short Hair, Hair Color, Eye Color, Cup Size... etc...

Then what if I could tell TeaseAI to randomly select a DommeProfile to fit a randomly loaded set of tags out of my DommePictureDirectory.

With 40 possible Level/Apathy/Crazy/Vulgar/Supremacist options per DommeDirectory
You would have a random photo set with matching domme tags and a random personality to boot?

Just a thought, and I will host the Profiles in a Sorted version and an Unsorted version as soon as they are finished.

first of all thank you for your amazing effort!

unfortunately I can't get it to run. I have Windows 8 and the latest version of .NET installed.
When I double click the Exe nothing happens at all.

The Metronome Exe works though

You shouldn't be able to move the bet amount to less than 0, you shouldn't be able set the bet amount to more than you have, and you shouldn't be able to set the bet amount while the reels are spinning. So how did you do that? :lol:
I played till i had just 25 tokens. I bought a card pack and went back to the game page. I knew I had 0 tokens but i tried to tried to click spin and my account dropped to -3 and then i won -21. How can I set this back to 0 ?

I must say excellent work on this, I'm amazed at how well it works, and how you've managed to keep up support for it without going completely mad

I've come across a couple of bugs, sorry if they've already been reported:

Firstly, I'm not sure if it's a bug but you can skip most things by asking to stroke, so if you come to a module that asks for cbt, you can ask to start stroking and it moves to stroking then starts another module, I found this during a part where you get to look a pictures without stroking, and when I asked to stroke it skipped the rest of the module.

the hentai delete script froze when I gave the response "delete" and wouldn't respond to anything I typed although this only happened once and it hasn't happened since.

I've got the glitter post frequency slider down to the bottom yet they still post every 3 minutes.

When saying "please don't stop" they count you as saying "stop," at this point they let me stop, so I asked to stroke and they said "I told you to start stroking already!"

Then I put "you're going too easy on me" and got the reply "It pleases me a lot to hear you say that" like the last one it's not quite a bug, I presume it just needs a response setting for it.

After clicking "submit to domme" on the vital sub app, with no tasks loaded, I was asked if I wanted to stroke, I said no and then 5 minutes later asked if I could, and it seems to be stuck at "typing..." after waiting another 5 minutes I still didn't get a response.

The settings on the vitalsub app persist except for when you close the app window via the red x, then they get set to the defaults.

And finally, "during censorship sucks" the black bar almost fills the screen, I Just wondered if it was meant to scale more than it does, I'm using the 768 display mode
I've also thought of a couple of suggestions..

Could you link the tasks given at the end to the vitalsub app, then when you submit through there the domme would know if you did the tasks or not and be able to react accordingly.

Remembering the decision of whether you can stroke faster/slower or not and then punishing for asking too many times in a row (or being merciful.)

Adding an option to make the metronome "Always on top" that can be toggled, this can be an issue on smaller screens, when the metronome gets hidden by the main window.

I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but adding support for toys would be nice.

Having a way to delete added scripts through the settings modding tab, as it is you can add but not delete

Being able to ask for a shorter / longer / extra long session in case you don't have much time or you want longer one, or you could say up to the domme but at least an hour etc. I realise that this is in the settings but I thought it would add to the immersion not having to keep changing times.

Then being able to stop early and if you do then they could add whatever time is remaining for the current session onto the next session, or affect it in some way.

Punishment for closing the app early or without warning. It just seems odd that you can leave part way through without consequences, when it would be quite rude normally.

Being able to change the chance of another tease after denial.

Being able to beg for another round of teasing after the tease finishes.

Request to stop or change a video.

Ask not to cum at the end.

More for new modules that are created but maybe add some nipple play, with an option in the settings to enable/disable it as some people don't like it

Remove the popup at the start saying how many scripts have been audited, and possibly add a button in the settings to check manually

Being able to select multiple folders for each local image category, or possibly better, folders to exclude. This would mean there aren't any overlap in image categories when images are sorted in a different structure.

Have the domme be able to reward you with cards.

Have the domme be able to post to glitter and mention it in chat and be able to respond and(possibly) have the others respond.

Allow them to change desktop background, with an option to disable of course.

I think it's already been brought up but being able to be teased when away from the computer would be good, possibly via email, and have the domme be able to ask you about them when you get back

More of a suggestion for a new 'type' of tease, but have it so that you only get told whether you can cum or not when the slideshow reaches the last slide, or have it that you will definitely cum if make it to the end without begging to stop I thought this could make for a good extra long tease with a full picture set (around 50-100 images) and the ai being able to tease you on how long was left, and when an image goes backwards etc. Since the slide changes every time the domme speaks you could still load all the other modules.
To keep track of errors and suggestions I would recommend using the issues section on Github, that way people would be able to see the issues you are already aware of and which are fixed or still outstanding, also it could give focus to people contributing to your code. Or instead of using the issues section you could always just upload a text file with them all in.

Thanks again for all the work you've put into this, programming can get a bit stressful at times :wall:,
I'm still amazed at how well it works, and how you've kept up with the patches, you're currently up to a patch per page and I'm sure it'll only get better and better :-)

I've been working on adding some tasks, and had a couple observations/suggestions/questions:

1) I need to set the default image directory every time I open the program. Could this remember the last one used, or have a default?

2) In order to test how my tasks show up in the letter, I need to close and open the program every time. Would it be possible to be able to ask again, or to have a reset button?

3) Can you use @BallTorture in the middle of a task line, or does it need to be at the beginning of the line with other @filters? Like this:

In the settings panel, I do NOT have "audit scripts on startup" checked, yet it always audits scripts on startup.

I added an end script that used @ChastityOn, which I thought set you in Chastity and would then only? run scripts ending in _Chastity.

It did not work, as when I next loaded the program it ran a normal script that expected me to stroke.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
Also, when trying to do a writing task where the only thing in the task is a keyword, it causes the program to freeze without an error message. For example @WritingTask(#Lines)

Finally, for a feature request, is there a way to make the lines vary throughout the task? Also, is there a hardcoded keyword for the honorific? Like #Title or something?
