I stopped for about a year once. It felt great at first to break free of it. Then I started to miss it. Maybe I'll stop again sometime but I don't think it will be soon. I've got some many people around me telling not to smoke that I just have to stop what I'm doing and go burn one lol.

When I was in what they call "Middle School" now days....my science teacher brought in someone from the hospital to speak to us about the damage that smoking causes. She brought with her a healthy lung and a lung that had been exposed to one year of smoking. The difference in the two was enough for me.

Sure, I "smoked" in high school, but I never told anyone that I was around, that I wasn't inhaling. I practiced in front of the mirror to make it look authentic.

Hubby1 quit smoking about five years ago....thereabouts...maybe longer. He had heard about laser treament. It was about $120.00. We made a deal that we would give it a try. He could have the money that he would have spent on smokes, to do with as he wanted, for a year.
We went to the session and with this little pen shaped thing, she lasered him around his temple and thumb areas. It took about 15 minutes.

He didn't have the desire to smoke, didn't get the munchies or put on weight and didn't get grumpy. And he hasn't smoked since. He got three buddies at work to quit with the laser as well.

He chews on toothpicks.......but other then the annoyance that I can't just kiss him at will, or get stabbed by a pick.....it's not hurting anything for him to do it.

Thanks for the link I really appreciate it. I'll probably get around to reading it tonight. IMO it sounds like you are much more cautious than I am. Not saying that's a bad thing just pointig it out. I do t see any issue with clamps at all as long as they are secured in place so that they don't slip, dont restrict blood flow, and that they apply a reasonable amount of pressure. The clamps I use are closed by a spring so I slowley let them close on my balls until they are squeezing my balls as hard as they are going to. So i controle how far I let them close and can decide if it's to much pressure and pull them off at any time.

The clamps I have apply the perfect amount of pressure for my taste.

I just read the first post and wow. I'm going to try and get my wife to do all the edging. This will make it way way harder though and probably take longer just because I can get myself to the edge faster than she can and there is a much high chance that she will push me over the edge.

I can't want to see if she will go for it. I love stuff like this.

Ohhhhhh! I just read the first link. Thought it sounded pretty sci-fi. Shame it would be nice if quitting was as easy as getting some brain cells zapped away by a laser. Well maybe not that nice, now that I think about it. Still that's from 2006. By now they could have found the so called proof and be legit.

I think its all crap anyways. I've watched my mom spend tons of money over the years on all the stop smoking stuff and she still smokes.... Well she downgraded to smokeless cigarettes. You know the ones that heat up chemicals to make "Non toxic" vapors? Yea if you can't tell I'm not really a fan of any of the stuff all these companies push to help quit smoking. Patches, gum, electric vapor cigs, nicotine implants, and even lasers I guess. Imo the hardest part about quitting smoking is wanting to quit.

I'm by no means an expert but I've been a smoker for a pretty long time. Why because I liked smoking. Yea I knew it would jack up my chances of dieing a slow painful death and looking back I wouldn't have started if I had an understanding of the cost of health care and not being invincible.

One day my Dad quit smoking after many many years of being a smoker. I figured I'd give it a try too and decided to stop too.. Mostly because its fucking bull shit that they keep jacking up cig taxes to fund all the crap my government can no longer afford since we have so much debt..... anyways.... I wanted to stop because the $10 a week habit I picked up when I was a kid suddenly turned into a $36 a week habit. I've never managed to do much more than get by so $140 a month is really something I try to use on things like rent and car payments. So I stopped, then a year or so latter I'm at a new job making stacks of money and I decided I wanted to start again. My Dad never started back... He's much smarter with his money than I am. So this round I've been smoking for 2 years.

I may stop again some time. As soon as I want to again. Its really over and done with in a few weeks once you stop. I've been thinking about it on and off mostly because my wife is under the impression we are attached at the hip when it comes to smoking and make it my responsibility that she still smokes since I do. Its not like we smoke in the house so I don't get it. I guess she just wants me to do it with her since every time we've quit its been my idea and every time we've started back its been my idea.

The only difference this time is she wants to stop and I don't. Thinking about all the money I poor into into smoking because of the jacked up taxes makes me want to go smoke...

If you haven't noticed I'm going to caption an image to go along with what ever subject I'm talking about. The ones on this page are once I've done but I may use others I've collected. If I do I'll link the image to the site I found it on. I may even go back and drop captions in all the post I've already made.... It will take a hell of a lot of encouragement though. =)

I had plan to dominate my wife when she got home. I'd planned out the whole evening and had been looking forward to it all day. Once she got home though I found how she had a pretty bad day. She found out the company she works for is closing down in 6 weeks and its a non profit so she tells me that means they don't have to pay unemployment. No idea but its really going to suck if she doesn't find something she likes in the next 6 weeks.

She didn't feel like doing anything sexual tonight. So I was kind annoyed but didn't show it. We talked about our days a bit and then I remembered something a little bird told me. So I decided to give her some time to relax.

Normally she cooks when she gets home we eat and then I clean up. Today I cooked! It's true... and neither of us feel sick yet at all. I really don't know the first thing about cooking but I can do breakfast foods. So I told her to chill out and I'd make us breakfast. We ate and it was amazing. Then I cleaned up the dishes and started looking around. Idk maybe I was in a cleaning mood. There is a first for everything right?

So then I just started cleaning the hell out of everything. Counter tops, floors, everything. I even cleaned the floor! So yea it wasn't really all that exciting. I think the shock of seeing me do real cleaning without being threatened shocked her enough to get her mind off all the crap going on.

I'll see how it plays out. I'm still not sure about this plan of attack though. I'll do the whispering part once she has clear head and a face between her legs. =p
