By experience I leave the banners in, my stuff never got deleted. I would think tht people looking at it know where to find the original content so the publisher do not request the product to be removed.

It might depend on the studio. My first two CH’s have the banners in and both were DMCA’d. After the second one, I lost my PH account due to too many DMCAs.

Pornhub is becoming less and less viable as a streaming site for CH, which is ironic, considering that article they put out describing how time spent on their site is up tremendously due to it:

Many CH creators seem to get shafted by takedowns, and lose interest in continuing, especially so for Pornhub-exclusive CH creators. It's very upsetting when potentially great CHs are never made as a result.

I also can't imagine how a professional or amateur porn producer would be negatively impacted by CH. If anything, CH should give them a ratings boost because it is essentially a free form of advertising for them (especially if the CH credits the porn scenes). The DMCA leads only to the detriment of all parties involved, it seems.

In terms of viability, does Spankbang fair any better against takedowns? If I was going to upload a CH to a centralized porn platform, that's the place I'd probably pick. Otherwise, we're probably better off just using a decentralized service instead.

One of mine was taken down from spankbang too, but the other remained. On both sites, when I reuploaded with the video reversed, they didn’t get any takedowns (so far).

Not sure why people are talking about videos that some streaming-site or other did, or did not, take down, here in the thread about my storage-site's contents.

Sorry I haven't been able to update my sharing zones, and really I haven't been around much at all lately. I have too much other stuff going on out there in the real world, ya know ... ... but I lurk and try to keep up with developments as best I can.

This is not the end of my intention to continue to maintain my Mega sharing zones. Many of the other files I'm interested in (whether previously mentioned in this thread, or not) remain on my to-do list, I just haven't been able to expend much effort on the zones recently.

Please remember to follow the rules, to help the zones stay functional: mainly, 1. before downloading, please copy each individual file to your own Mega cloud (free to sign up) and then download from there, not from my cloud (to aid my own Mega usage against their idiotic bandwidth limits); and 2. remain hush-hush about these links (share only at Milovana). Unfortunately there are two called CH Bass Slut, from different creators. You've got PsychoSplash's, not Sir_Derriere_III's. Confusion abounds!
