Ah, it would appear I don't have them all then. Last time I looked the list hadn't been updated to go up to those numbers and I foolishly assumed that the ones you'd posted were the highest numbers for each type of card.

My apologies for that and my thanks for F--02 and F-008.

If I do come across them I shall post them.
