Dear shell et al,

I have torn your rules up and will post this.

Now the reasons,
A few of you know I was going to the cancer wing at the hospital about a spot on my lung.

The good news is it is static at an eighth of an inch .

so I have be given a clear for now.

I will have to go for another scan in the new year but that's like next year, and its my birthday in 17 days so we will have a great if sober for me time.

hence the big purple smiley, with rainbows that only links to get bigger.

Thanks for letting me have my indulgence.
love to all my friends at Milo.

Hopefully I will start sleeping again, and have less frequent 3 am chats.

I have checked and in Pago Pago it is still Monday.

I have found a confectioners in England "Thorntons" that make sublime diabetic chocolate .

But for my birthday and Christmas the diet is on hold and anything is allowed and I have my English GP's blessing, as I can't blow a diet in one day.
