So the idea….. some self bondage, pegs on my nipples to act as a zipper effect, and humping into something for the teasing effect, and something in my ass (as you requested!).
I used the ironing board in the room as the main set-up. I took a drinking glass and used the cord from the iron to tie the glass to the bottom of the ironing board. That made the glass just about waist high. I stuffed some socks in the glass for friction.
Next was the self bondage…. The trick was to figure out how to do it so I could get out, but not without some effort. Behind me but a little ways back was the clothes closet. I used a belt, tied it to the handle of the closet, then used the belt from the robe that is in my room and tied two slip knots in the robe belt. I fed the robe belt through my leather belt, then I could put my hands behind my back and cinch up the slip knots. To make getting out of it difficult, I took two pegs, one on each nipple and connected them with my iPod charger cord. The edge of the ironing board has a hook, so I wrapped the iPod cord around the hook.
Next, I set-up my pc on the ironing board, with your gallery flipping across the screen.
That’s the set-up, here is how it worked!

To move backwards, I had to pull off the pegs off my nipples that are now connected to the ironing board.
I dry humped the glass for several minutes. There wasn’t enough stimulation to make me cum, but I was in a delirious state of trial during the entire time.
Finally I had to stop, and now came the next hard part….pulling the pegs off!!!! OMG, I think they were on a total of 20 minutes or more, and when they snapped off, it was incredibly painful. However, I got myself into that mess, I had to get out!
