I think the mean was more of a tease.
The "Ethos of the site".

However we don't want to become a site of "Practical Jokes"

I never believe before I've checked.

Sorry, we do not restore teases, ever! If a tease is gone, it's gone.

There are two main reasons for teases to be deleted. The biggest reason is that the author deletes it. This is always sad of course, but it's their right. The other reason is when we have to delete something because of copyright infringement or a terms violation. So that's why we don't restore teases.

As for HR-4651925... very funny guys. I admit I had to google the - oddly long - HR number just to be sure. ;-)

As for where we're hosted: We do have backup servers in Germany (and I'm from there), so EternalLust is forgiven for thinking we're hosted there, but we're actually hosted in Hudson, WI now, with guaranteed peering bandwidth to exchanges in Asia and Europe. We literally outgrew our old data center and it just made sense to move to the States where most of our users are. Also note that we're incorporated in California, so Milovana is proudly stars and stripes through and through. :-D

As for parental controls: Like many sites in the US we use special tags that will cause Milovana to be blocked in all parental control filters. Because the tag is in the HTML it'll also stay blocked if you try and use a non-encrypting proxy. That's hands down the most useful method available today and it puts the choice in the hands of parents whether they want to block adult content on their computers or not. Most schools also have filters, so this can be reasonably effective.
