Okay, it should be available sometime on the 27th of March. I really mean it this time, because there's really nothing at this point that can go wrong. ...And all the things that have gone wrong have been fixed.

I don't want to come off as demanding, it's just a suggestion, but an enconded version with h.265 codec, generated from the raw material, would be neat, because most of nowadays computers can afford it and it usually offers better quality.

I would offer myself to do it but 1) I should use the original render, not the compressed/encoded file, and 2) my machine is not that powerful (a Haswell dual core with integrated GPU).

If your machine is not that powerful, it should play the x.264 format more easily. Just saying!

Something else to consider is that HO has a slow upload speed. It may be reasonably faster to have someone else re-encode the video and re-upload.

This used to be true, but ever since my 3rd party Mega tool stopped working, I bit the bullet and started using MEGASync. I no longer use Tor while uploading things to Mega, so now my uploads are blazing fast.

Oh man... it would take my machine days to render this using a H.265 encoder. In fact, I'm still rendering the H.264 version! My machine is pitiful...

I do have a lossless encoding of French Touch... but... it's kind of 55.9 GiB.

I installed MEGAsync to my computer. It's probably not to be trusted, but I didn't have any choice. Without my 3rd party tool, I was unable to download large files (CHs) from their site.

Also, according to my calculations, the render will be complete in 13.13 hours. I'm really sorry, guys. I don't know why this is taking much longer to render than the other projects I worked on. It's very unexpected.

Here's what I used to encode it:

It's the same command I always use... video.mp4 is the lossless video, and audio.m4a is the lossy audio (which is just stream copied when muxed).

I'm sorry, but that will increase the file size dramatically. Even using the veryslow preset, the estimated file size could easily be 4.31 GiB, give or take. I'm not sure exactly how much larger the file would be if I used ultrafast, but I can guarantee you it would be larger than that (and the video quality would be slightly impacted). I'm trying to aim for the smallest file size with the best image quality.
