Well done, only issues I found were similar to previous mentioned - on my BT Stim the "torture" files were lower volume than many of the tease files, some of which were notably higher than the others. It seemed to only affect the ones with fast "beats" or movements, my guess is the 2B processor makes these feel differently.

I figured that I'd manipulate the start volume, tease, and torture settings to create more disparity between them, and it worked pretty well. A few of the files not so much, but overall the half hour was well spent!

IIRC I set the start volume at 60 and the tease volumes from 60-75, and the torture volumes between 85-95.

I'm a little lost here. You were talking about a stereostim unit, one that uses an audio amplifier, usually a resistor and transformer for each channel, you are using this tease and you can feel anything at all at 35% and you have 90% to feel the pain file?
I have an amplifier, resister, transformer audiostim setup and I have to set calibrate, tease, pain at 100%, my laptop at 100%, and my unit cranked to kingdom come and everything feels low volume, even lower than the estim experiment v2.

If I could feel any file at all(setting to barely feeling it) at 35%, which isn't uncommon, if I turn it to 40% it's probably comfortable at this level, and if I turn the volume to 45% it's probably going to be very quickly uncomfortable beyond the next few percent and anything beyond 50% and I'd pretty much hit the off button and turn it down. I don't understand how people can make 20% swings at volume with their input audio. Is the 2B this 'input numb' to where it mutes the more minor differences in volume changes and requires major changes just for them to be perceptible to the user? I'm just trying to understand these device because knowing this makes it seem almost impossible to make a tease that would work with 'signal processing' devices versus ones that handle the audio and make a direct output. The biggest example that seems to shine is the fact that the actual decibel level of a estim tower alternative pain file is actually very minimal(maybe a 5% increase if there is any because most files are already near max amplitude for an mp3 file) but what it does is leave a long pause to let the nerves relax and then shoots a very short audio pulse with an immediate pulse before it does it again basically taking that nerve fiber and causing it to fire harder because it's not already in direct/constant stimulation. It seems that the only way(apparently?) that the 2B can be painful is if you take the same signal and jam 20+% more input volume into the device to get a painful result?

The pain files used by this tease do seem to have a significantly lower amplitude than the tease ones, judging by the way they look in Sonic Visualiser. I can't speak for non-2B devices, but on the 2B a volume setting that's comfortable for the tease audio will be well below perceptible for the pain audio. (I'm not into this particular type of pain so much, so that's about as far as I went with things.)

Getting painful signals from the 2B by any means other than increased power is something I've read about people trying, but it doesn't seem to work very well.

Have you tried the tease with a 2B? It works really well. Compare that to other teases like estim tower; the pain files there work great on a midistim device but get blunted to the point of less intense than regular files by the 2B.

That's not too trash talk either tease-they're both excellent! I just use the right device for each.

Does anybody else have problems to set the settings? Once I have typed in any, e.g. tease voloume, then it freezes and does not go back to the side with the buttons .

Yes that is a problem for everybody. But I did not change anything in the tease. I verified by a test script that it is not the teases fault. The cause is probably an update of the EOS engine.

Thank you for creating this - I enjoyed it a lot. The variety this one offers in the strength/volume makes such a big difference.
In my case I could also change all settings without a problem (Chrome v83).
