I also get a kick out of the idea of a new twist on the game such as only getting ruined orgasms (wow imagine the frustration from that) or rolling a 12-sided (or more! maybe multiplying the results of two 6-sided dices etc.) dice so you could end up with too many orgasms to endure - the opposite of denial, overstimulation to the point where you want less not more!

The addition of required edges really put the... uhm, well... edge on this entire game
