Where on earth did you get the number 100 from? I hope that's a typo ^giggles and flashes him a smile^ you do ten edges each being held for ten seconds more than the last, you rest between each edge for the same amount of time as you held the last edge. Then you edge again. When you have done ten edges, you repeat the process but backwards.
