As always i enjoyed this as much as the rest of the series, i were on the edge of losing through out the last round perfect difficulty and i had really fun during it and for no reward round that weren't needed replaying round 9 worked great as you recommended.

my very humble opinion:
What i think is hot in a porn movie are situations.
I mean in the beginning of the videos when the gurls are introduced, they still dressed, bouncing ass, boobes, smiling (or crying) and getting fucking naked (bitches!)

I'm not against male presence or male nudity, otherwise i would not like so mutch the HC series, but i would say this:

I wanted to give my feedback earlier but I wasn't quite sure how to put it, so I wanted to play it through a few times to see if I could pin it down. I haven't had much privacy in the last week but I played through 3 times I think shortly after release.

I may have just been overloaded (I was on a 1-2/day binge of recent releases for over a week), but... I don't want to say bland, but let's say it was mostly very easy. Except 9, of course. I don't see myself ever being able to get past 9. The song tempo's about 1.5x the previous ones, so even the baseline normal beat isn't sustainable for me. It's tougher than doing a doubletime on a slower tempo, for some reason.

One thing that threw me, especially on round 3 I think it was... I did really like the varied beats, but wherever there were 3-4 indicators basically touching each other (1---2---1234) those were basically impossible to keep up with. The first time I played through, my whole arm was sore by round 4 trying to match those. :) Beats-wise, I like doubletimes, I like very brief "All outs", and I can do 2 or 3 quicks in a complex series, but they were just a little close together and just 1 or 2 more in a grouping than was comfortable.

I really liked rounds 4/5/6 and 8/9. Thanks for humoring me on the brittney song. ;) The beats were good, the content was pretty good...

I don't know why this one didn't grab me like 3 did. I noticed most of the music was Dev, who I'm not familiar with, but I think 4 and 6 may be my favorites so that's probably not it. I really wanted to like 7 more, especially with Tori in there, but not so much. Another thought I had was that it felt like a lot of the scenes had the girls being passive and the guys doing all the work... but that's a stretch. Maybe the scenes jumped around too fast? Though they seemed to jump in time with the music, so I actually noticed that being well done sometimes too.

There's one thing that I agree with Ymir about: another ~30 seconds of scene setup at the start may have pulled me in better. I think 3 had more time spent on the intros?

Putting thematic previews in the breaks was a very nice touch, imo.

Sorry I'm a little picky this time around. I still think your taste matches mine the closest of all the authors, so I just take a little more interest in HC. :) I'm sure there are about 3 in there that'll make it into my favorites list for the randomizer, but HC3 had so many that I still like re-watching that my expectations might have been a little inflated.

Keep it up, though! I'm curious what you're going for in the 1-4 compilation you've got planned next. I'd be happy to give you my top-10 from them if you're looking for outside opinions.

-- Also, I do need a name check. HC3-8 and HC4-8 both have a girl that I'd like to track down... in 4-8 she's got the black leggings with the holes in them. She looks a lot like one of my wife's cute friends. :)

You don't have to worry about being critical. Your suggestions are often very good, or at least come from a good place. I'd love to get a top 10 list from you.

I'm still having trouble getting a lot of time lately, but I wanted to ask what you were envisioning for your rework? Just splicing scenes together, changing beats, changing music, or even changing scenes?

I know you've got a formula for 1-2 rounds of dancing/solo, then 1-2 rounds of girl only, and then getting into the hardcore stuff, so I'm picking my favorite solo, favorite girl-only, and then considering the rest for the last 8 spots (I could also make one of those a favorite reward round, but I'm not really a fan of the concept). With the above questions in mind, I like 2-1, 3-2, and 4-1 for the solo opening round, depending on your plan. I love 3-1 (heartbeats) for myself, but I think the others are better.

For 4-1, I really like the tessa scene and the girl with the headphones, but the beat is a little too monotonous and the song is meh for me. 3-2 I really like the song and the beats are fun. The girls are decent though the one with the square jaw doesn't quite strike my fancy. I think 2-1 is the best as it is, though, for a warmup: I like the girls (especially the one from joymii) and it feels the most like a warmup with a playful song and some slow and some fast beats.

So, I guess without alterations, for opening rounds, I'd say:
3) 4-1
2) 3-2
1) 2-1

If you want to speak to your plans, I can maybe tailor the rest a bit more.

-- I realized that there aren't really many girl-girl rounds, so here are my thoughts there too:
2-3 (loca) is funny, but the song's too weird for me. :) I like 3-3 for the scenes, but the song's still a little odd and the intro freestyle beat is too tricky. if that beat changed it's a good round. 4-3 is my vote for as-is scenes for this; the girls are all good looking and the beat is interesting if monotonous.

If I can go out of bounds a little, my personal choice for a second round would actually be 1-3. I'd forgotten that it was hardcore, and the intro is pretty long. I'm also an ass guy, so that's a big part of the reason. The beat is pretty darn fast for a 2nd round, but it's simple/monotonous enough to not be a danger of failing and the stall in the tempo at the end of each line is fun.

Huh, thanks. I'm just a guy with a passion for porn. And video games. This is probably the most addictive concept possible for someone like me. :) (I'd actually like to do my own CH, but I haven't looked into how much a video editor would cost, even though I have other non-porn projects I'd like to do as well with one.) I'm also just a guy who normally has a lot of free time, being a part-time telecommuter with a very supportive wife and no kids. I'm also also just a guy who can't keep his mouth shut when he has an opinion on something and wants to help make things he likes the best they can be.

I wasn't sure where to put my ideas for the next HC project... I recall hiphop mentioning what it would be, but it's not in this thread, so I'm afraid I lost track of something and put it in the wrong spot. Also, hiphop, if you're keeping things under wraps for now, you can respond via PM if you prefer, obviously. Or if there's a better place for my suggestions maybe we could ask a mod to move it.

My current plan is a mix of the first 3, where I'll take the best scenes for a category across the series, pick the best song from the category, and completely re-do the beat (especially for any CH-H1 songs). I don't expect the beats to change too dramatically, though I do plan on adding flourishes if I choose songs that don't have the most varied beat. I have something else in mind as a possibility for songs, but from the limited testing I've done, I'm not sure I"ll be able to do it so I don't want to mention it at this time.

I'd ask you (or anyone who would like to give feedback) to send me your list of recommendations (songs and scenes) via PM so I'll have a centralized place to keep track of everything as it's likely going to be a while until I actually get started. My computer is starting to show its age and I have a couple more important purchases to make before I can afford re-building my PC.
