The Restim versions of the estim files are really well done. Anybody know who made them, and if they are available for the other volumes in this series?

I suspect puste made the one for vol 1 (viewtopic.php?p=371338#p371338). I just tried it and can confirm it's excellent.

I think it was puste every time. There are no estims available for Vol. 2 and Vol. 3. Maybe puste will get into it one day.
