If that would be a problem, any male, who ever visited a sauna, would be infertible....
Body-temperature does affect fertibility of males, but as soon as the temperature changes, the fertibility changes as well... - so, I don´t see, why pushing back your balls for a limited amount of time, should be a problem...
I have a good amount of experience with male-chastity-devices (cock-cages) and they are definitely not a good choice, if you´d like to hide your male genitals, as the confinement even provides you with a larger bulge (or at least, a more obvious one... ;) ).
I suggest (for short term...) pushing back the balls and wearing gaffers or tight panties (control-panties)...
