So it seems we
are governed by US law. I can't find the quote because there were a few threads on this when it happened. But I seem to remember Phox or Wyatt saying it was due to one of the servers being based in California? I could be wrong on this. But that is by the by, the admins of the site have been pretty clear on their reasons.
Hentai teases are certainly allowed. You just can't fill them with drawings of characters who are under age in the context of the TV show/ comic book they are taken from.
