Googling the error code suggests that it's because of the default folder permissions on rapidshare. Solution seems to be make sure folder/file is set to public and you shouldn't need to re-up.

Worked for me.

Looks good for a warm up, especially the inclusion of Conny.

As far as the short breaks in the middle of the round you could just have a "break" stroke instead of a stoppage. Something like "1 - - -" where it's a break from the fast pace but still gives some stimulation.
