I don't understand how it's work, i fall only on "explore", never on Encounter or Quest choice... do i miss something?
Else, the game work only with 32bits version of guideme. There are an Error at the name step with the 64bits version.

I use the 64bits version myself and it works fine... The is no error with the 64bits version or the "name step" as far as i'm aware. What do you exactly mean with "Error at the name step"? Do you use the correct GuideMe version (you need v0.3.1 and not v0.3.3!) and do you run GuideMe with "start.bat" (NEVER run GuideMe.jar directly)? Did you read the installation instruction or the F.A.Q.?
And how it works? After character creation you get your first quest and start exploring / stroking. When you see a picture that fits your quest target, you hit "Mark Vision" and edge for it to earn some points. If you have enough points and find a ritual chamber, you can start a ritual and try your luck with a chance to cum. During exploration you can find more quests, villages, ritual chambers or encounters... you just have to continue exploring (aka stroking and enjoying your random porn pictures...)

If you say than you don't have the error, than i think that the error is linked to windows 10, but i'm not sure.
Ok. I've understand now. Before explore, there is a quest who popup and say for example 'Mark all picture with female domination'. I didn't understand that in the first place.

No, it is not Windows 10 either... i play with the 64bit GuideMe on windows 10 and everything works fine... I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with GuideMe or Pilgrim Quest. It is a problem on your end...
I repeat my two basic questions: Did you use GuideMe v0.3.1 (and not v0.3.3)? Did you run GuideMe with start.bat?

I see where is the problem. Need to put in spoiler the 0.1.3 link to guideMe. I thought i've had clic on the archive of the 3.1 but not. I've just check the archive i've downloaded and it's said : GuideMe-v0.1.3-Win64.zip

I am not in the GuideMe scripts (TeaseAI take all my time ), but I found you can mark any picture for the quests. GuideMe don't have any way to check if that picture fullfill the requirement for the quest (since it all in specific folders)?
Of course some images could fill various quests, so this could be impossible to implement even with the right code.

GuideMe has the same ways to check if pictures fulfill requirements like Tease AI. Either use special folder names, file names or use image tags just like in Tease AI. For image tagging see my example encounter "Miss Tutorial". It has also a nice tag editor. I would argue it is even more flexible than Tease AI in some ways. So it is technical possible and i've already implemented the possibility for very flexible tagging (every single folder, image and instruction can even use completely different sets of tags). That is not the problem at all...
The problem is this:
In Tease AI tags for random images just add some optional "flavour" to dialogue (or optional modules), but in Pilgrim Quest these tags - if used for exploration quests - would be essential tied into the core mechanics of the game. One single missing or wrong tag on one random image could ruin the game for the player because the related quest would be suddenly "broken".
Pilgrim Quest also offers every player the option to add/delete/change every random image folder or category, fill it with his own pictures and add/delete/change every quest or replace them with completely new quests (maybe with crazy new "targets"). Many of them might be a matter for personal taste (what is a "beautiful ass" for example?). So nobody knows what folders for random images or what kind of crazy quests a player has installed for his questing. But with every small change in there and with every mod he installs the player would need to update all his image tags according to his own custom random categories and quests. And he would need to do it all for himself because of the personal taste involved in some quests targets. Good luck with that! My Media AddOn alone has 2700 pictures...
I would love to find a way to use tagging for questing in the exploration part, but at the moment i don't think it is possible without ruining the customizability. So for now we need to live with "the player has to be honest" in that regards. But that is always required (i.e. when he came without permission).
Outside of exploration and questing within the much more controlled environment of an encounter tagging is still a viable option - like in TeaseAI for specific modules. I for myself will use that in some of my encounters - see Miss Tutorial. But not for the general exploration and questing.

It was a strange situation, after some time playing, when I was on ~4000pts, game drop me into repeating sequence: no villages, no shrines, time for edge 10 sec plus holding and no more randoms... only quests and demons periodically happens. I was failed on ~12000pts after that. What it was? Bad luck? Or my random generator was broken? Or it was planned by developper? (version 4.9)

I looked in the script of v0.5 but I don't think there were any changes made in this part
I didn't see that the energy would influence what you find on you're exploration. As long as you didn't change in the config.js one of these 2 entrys I would say very bad luck. The chance and holding time increase with more energy and the energy can rise fast with the right quests.
