Photo Not Showing Up Under Webteases Tab

On two of my teases (A Session With RoboMaster and A Tour of RoboMistress Enterprises) the preview photo is not showing up under the webteases tab. Any idea what is causing this?

When it occurred on A Tour With RoboMistress Enterprises, I thought it was because I had uploaded so many photos. However, now it occurred on A Session with RoboMaster 2 so it must be a bug somewhere else. It's not the sound files because the photos show up for the teases with sound.

are you sure you have set the thumbinal image?

well you go to the media tab, select an image, and press "use as thumbinal" button. Capitain Obvious is always ready to help!
