There are three major things why I never had the device on for a longer time:
- The night is horrible. I get up at least two times. And I need the sleep and the rest for my daily work.
- I do have a public shower two times a week and can't do that with a chastity belt on

Well it is not an 'instantly lock it and like it' kind of thing... or it wasn't for me. It took patience to adjust it, to get 'used to' the feeling of something always there gripping around LMJ's balls, proper care and cleaning, night discomfort....several months of adjusting and getting accustomed to it, and for me, especially the mental preparation.... so yes, there were times where I originally had to go a day or two wearing it, then taking it off for a few. If you find the right fit you can probably go on with 'normal' life.

It was very scary at first for me too.
