Once you said she was Italian, I had to look her up (a fellow countrywoman of mine after all!). Rosaria Cannavò is the girl.
Several sites indicate that she's a ballet dancer, but she seems to be a little more of an exotic dancer from what I see and she has a lot of lingerie/topless pictures out there... The ballet must be a lot more interesting in Italy!
