First glance? As in, the very first thing I notice? I would have to say the overall shape of her body rather than one particular part. I'm looking at how her clothes fit and hug the curves of her hips. Looking at her hair hanging over her shoulders and tracing those shoulders down her arms to her hands. And not just the shape of her body, but the proportions... namely do her breasts look good for her body.

After that first glance, though, I'm drawn to her eyes. I'll often be caught staring at an attractive woman's eyes trying to see what color they are from a distance and having to try to casually look away quickly when she catches my glance.
