I've been looking forward to our next session.

You've worked so hard for me, and I'm very proud of the progress you've made. Every visit has brought you a little further than the last. Stronger. Calmer. More patient. But, strength is measured differently here.

Our next session will ask something more of you.

A little more trust.

A little more patience.

A willingness to let go of the need to know what's coming next.

That's all I'm going to tell you.
