Not to de-rail thread but I replaced my aging E312B with an Estim Hero box and its been a huge upgrade as far as how audio files like these feel. Its pricey though

Estim Hero has been on the radar, but also really enamored with the idea of building a FOC stim. I'll probably end up going both routes over the next 12 months. Certainly will share my journey. Have a 2B also, but that has gathered dust for years now.

I found the poppers prompts confusing. Sometimes it would show a prompt, then 21 seconds later I saw another one in one case. I think for the second prompt, it showed the bottle, then I found I was supposed to wait before having the hit to the second time it popped up. Another one it shows the bottle 3 times but the directions were for 2 sharp sniffs. Usually these prompts are more clear to follow, but now it seems I'm going to be doing alt+tab with my notes to make sure I have it right to not get the timing too early because some of the prompts didn't have extra visual prompts to them, but that's distracting to the content.

definitley get a FOC, it's worth the money. About 90 € components only or there are some guys at Joannes discord that sell premade ones for about 130 € which is very cheap as the soldering is quite hard to do if you don't have good equipment and some experience in soldering (sorce: built one myself).

Me too. But as prompts are just suggestions I learned to let go and just do them as I feel in case it's not clear or there are too many.
