So I read this task early this morning, and got to it right away!

Hi Miss Nika. Sorry to disappoint You but i managed to do enough sit ups and push ups to get 75 up and down strokes. i was rock hard after about 5 strokes and managed to make a messy after 42 strokes - talk about meaning of life.
