PM not sent, stuck in Outbox

I tried sending a PM to someone and the message hasn't been sent as far as I can see, it's stuck in Outbox.

For the record, I have successfully sent PMs before, hehe.

This is just some confusion caused by the quirky terminology that the forum software uses. "Outbox" means that the PM has been sent to the recipient but they haven't read it yet.
