This was and is a fantastic experience but here are a couple of changes I would make the reflection days, I wouldn’t keep on them as they replaced a task it would have been better to have to commit to writing a daily journal and be required to post it at the end of the week so a task is not lost for that day failing to post could have had minus points attached rather than points be gained for posting.
The weekly pledges could have had a failure button built in so that you can be scolded/punished for failure this would remove the need to tell the sub how many points can be gained or lost no need for the points to be worth twice what you lose. Some could be valuable some not so. You wouldn’t know what a pledge was worth until it was completed or failed.
