CELEBRATE UNIFORM NIGHT WITH US!

They say we should "dress for the job we want" - what do you actually want?

UNIFORMS can symbolize a wide variety of virtues and vices.

Let's wear something that inspires us or represents what we want more of in the new year!

We emphasize FUN over "passing." All gender is performative. Our members span a huge spectrum of expression and many of us change how we think of ourselves along the way. It is healthy to question and explore.

We set no requirements about medical procedures, hormones, genitals, body hair or appearance-based gender signifiers. You are free to identify however you wish. Admirers and explorers are also welcome - you don't have to be feminine to celebrate with us.

We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at the Folsom Street Community Center in San Francisco. There is changing space available and non-gendered bathrooms. No one is born knowing how to apply makeup, we are all learning together and helping each other can be empowering instead of embarrassing!

PLEASE WEAR A MASK to attend our munch, many key members of our community are on chemotherapy or otherwise have troubled immune systems. This compromise allows vulnerable members of our community to participate in our special group. Masking is OPTIONAL at our afterparty, at your personal discretion.

After 2 hours to get to know each other and get dressed up (not everyone feels safe doing this at home), we adjourn one block away to an event called "PlayXLand" inside of the Cat Club. This portion of our evening is 21+ in a goth dance club with a bar, please have ID (they are used to our genders and our IDs not always matching).

There is a cover charge and paid coat check. PlayXLand features a small dungeon for BDSM play, with dungeon monitors for safety. They allow kinky scenes if you sign up in advance, but ask that your genitals and nipples remain covered (regardless of gender).

We also meet ONLINE! The International Crossdressing Club meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month with a discussion topic to keep things interesting. The next Zoom group is on February 8th and you can RSVP at https://fetlife.com/events/1407230

It was -20C and dark in Canada (that's -4 F for Americans) but a warm summer afternoon in Australia when our online group gathered on Zoom this January. Hawaii reported in the 80's near sunset but that's true almost any time of year and it was raining in Panama.

We also welcomed friends from Kansas and Nebraska, plus representatives from Atlanta, New York and Detroit! Our unique group brings together a wide variety of folks from all over the world!

I loved seeing your various interpretations of "Uniform Night" with lots of maids in various levels of modesty or revealing pinafores! Our special Bondageland Lines train car attendant Zephyrette stood out; I love an outfit that involves research in museum archives and learning new sewing techniques. We even had a sexy librarian - a literal librarian and she provided reference materials too!!!

The following week, on a dark and stormy night in San Francisco, our in-person group took things in a distinctly different direction. Instead of maids, we had schoolgirls in different colorful plaid uniforms!

There was a sexy stewardess to make sure we knew were all the exits were and a retro nurse in full uniform (with medically themed tattoos), so we felt EXTRA safe. I had my trusty Sharks hockey sweater on and another member sported their 49ers jersey as a super-short-dress, paired with incredibly sexy red thigh high boots!

Our after party was extra spicy thanks to Bambi's birthday party in the dungeon. Their goal was to spank 28 butts for their 28th birthday. We took over the play space with a big circle of offerings for them to torment. I hope our special ritual of kinky suffering brings them good luck this year!

Photos are usually not allowed at the dungeon in the Cat Club (for the sake of everyone's discretion) but this month there was a light-up inflatable "selfie room" glowing with color changing lights. It simultaneously offered flattering lightning but also a "controlled background" where it was easy to take great selfies without accidentally including anyone else in the shot.
