Is it just me, or do many posts in this thread (often from TheElephantMan) look like the sample below?
I've noticed that if I hit the "quote" button to reply to the post the image link looks like

If I copy the img link without the ":large" at the end I can open the image in another tab, but it seems odd that it happens so regularly and no one else has commented.

Any thoughts? I use Firefox...

Yes, I also use Firefox and have the same issue.

I've just tried with these configurations:

Windows  Firefox 118.01  Normal   OK
Windows  Firefox 118.02  Normal   OK
Windows  Firefox 118.02  Private  Not displaying!
Linux    Firefox 118.01  Normal   OK
Linux    Firefox 118.01  Private  Not displaying!

Seems like an issue with private browsing. I'll see if I can compare network traffic between the two...

UPDATE
I can confirm that the URL requests such as "https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FxJVW0EaYAEM87k.jpg:large" are being blocked by Firefox due to tracking restrictions when running in a private window. That's a bit odd considering the number of anti-tracking plugins that I use in normal browsing are not blocking it.

Here's what the network traffic shows:

• Private browsing:

The shield icon shown above pops up with the following text when hovered:

    This URL matches a known tracker and it
    would be blocked with Content Blocking enabled.

Well I'll be darned! I always use private windows when I'm on Milovana, so that was totally it.
As usual the answer was staring me right in the face. I always thought that shield just meant I was on a secure (https) site and never paid attention to it.

All I had to do was click on the little shield and turn off "Enhanced Tracking Protection" for the site and like magic the images appeared! I had tried turning of uBlock Origin etc with no success.

Thanks so much for the help! That one has been annoying me for quite some time.
