Estim configuration is common (left- & right-) to head, left+ to shaft, right+ to under balls or lowest possible to shaft.
Remember it is used for DIY E-Stim Stereo Device. Not sure it will work with other devices.

Is there some sort of graphic chart explaining what left-/+, and common, and whatnot is (not sure what dual and triphase are either)? I purchased a DG labs Coyote because I saw lots of guys using it in estim vids on pornhub, so I figured that was the best one. There is an A and B port, and it comes with these wires/accessories

I've Been trying every estim video/script I can come across hoping one will be the magic bullet that gets me to the goal of having a hands free orgasm. (SO close a few times)

Your device is dual channel, so you will probably feel constant signal.

That really bums me out to hear that my purchase isn't ideal for estim. Cant I just use a "triphase cable"? Though it looks like a triphase cable uses both plugs on the coyote to have 3 total outputs? I have 4 outputs right now if I use my dual split cables... I'm so confused

Brewster ... Don't Panic, your OK ... As above, 2 channel or Triphase is just different wiring.

Estim seems confusing at first but it really is easy and a load of fun.

Well, I don't know if there are any commercial triphase devices. I have Elactrastim Axis and it's also dual channel. I think that thriphase devices are usually home made, because it's easier to just amplify audio from the stereo output from computer, and it has three lines: left, right and ground.

Dual channel devices are a bit more advanced, but on the other hand many videos are made by do-it-yourself enthusiasts, so there is this mismatch in used technologies .

And why dual channel devices are popular at all? I think that's because channels separation. So (for example in my Axis) it is allegedly guaranteed that signal from "+" of one channel will not go to "-" of the other channel. So you can put pairs of electrodes on different parts of the body and not worry that signal will go from one pair to the other.

To be honest I don't know. Electrastim Axis uses own frequencies but they are shifted in phase. In other words: when one channel is active, the other is not, and they are switched hundreds times per second. Because of that there is no way to manipulate signals with any kind of cables or wiring. I can only convert the signal before it is sent to the unit. I don't know if this is also true with your device.
