Estim files recommendation.

Hi there people, anyone can recommend me an Estim file that starts quite low, and over time gradually goes into quite extreme levels? There’s a lot to try on the internet but I thought why not rely on the experience of others :) so if you know any, your recommendations are welcome :)

Keep the volume relatively low on this one your first time especially if you wire common to head. It can really bite you
