Looking for a tease I've played in the past

Hey guys, I have been looking for a tease I've played like 2 years ago for a while now.

I remember there was a task where you have to put in a buttplug and tie one end of a string around the base and the other end around a piece of furniture and then crawl away from the furniture until the plug falls out (and repeat it a couple of times I think) ^^

I want to find the tease again but I had no luck so far so I figured I'm gonna ask you and hope someone knows what tease I am referring to.
