which is the complete version, it contains more infos.

The lotion can also be replaced by egg white, its all about having a viscous fluid as a basis. (Btw the one she used is probably water-based)
The second ingrideent, milk is specified to be condensed milk, but again what matters is that you use a white liquid for coloring.
Last, the tea can be replaced by coffee and serves to darken the finished product to stop it from looking too white.
The last two also are supposed to adjust the viscosity.

For the amounts you'll need to go by the amounts seen in the video and/or by trial and error.

If you use edible ingredients is should be fine.
Milk and tea/coffee are obviously edible.
The lube needs to be edible lube and the alternative egg-white needs to be pasteurized for it to be save to eat.
