The left channel is a pulse that sort of follows the beat, but adds more to it. The right channel is a more constant signal normally used in the tease and edge sections of videos like the DigitalParkingLot ones. You could use these separate or in tri-phase, it depends on how you want things to feel. This is more or less the style of estim from boundsquirrel for Cock Hero Passion but modified to fit this video.

I played this with tri-phase right channel on head, common on base and left channel plug and I played it in Audacity with the volume pan set to 30% right. This reduces the strength of the pulses allowing the feeling of the more constant wavering signal in the right channel to be better felt on the head. ..but adjust to your taste, I've always found the tease and edge sections using those specific edging files to feel too low compared to the rest of the tease. I'm using a DIY device.

This is a bit of an experiment - I've attempted to convert the e-stim audio into a funscript (the reverse of the normal conversion). The beats from the estim should have all become strokes, and I've manually gap-filled the areas where the estim was a more constant signal.
