If you are unaware what "it's time to duel" by Zerg is, then you should seriously check it out. It is awesome! This game is not meant to compete with Zerg's game, but rather complement it. Sometimes you just really want the punishment. But you don’t want people throwing it on purpose.
But how does it work? I’ll let Zerg explain the general idea:
1) Post a picture in a spoiler bracket
2) Say if you want to challenge someone or if you want to be challenged
3) Tell the others what punishment you will do if you lose the duel
as soon as a duel starts other users can vote on which of the two pictures they like better
the first to get 3 votes wins the duel, and the other has to do the punishment
you can use a picture only once
The only difference here is that instead of choosing a punishment, you will choose a reward. Something you will do/get if you win the duel. And that's it, have fun!
If I win I'll do a denial joi video. The loser chooses the video. If I get all the votes I'll also go outside and edge three times, at different locations before going in again.

Interesting concept. If I win, I'll do a joi chosen by the loser.
Of course here I assumed you would vote for RVF1234, anything ells would have felt arrogant. Now the next person might also vote for him, then they would put Bjorn13 (0/3) - RVF1234 (2/3), and so on.
If this is still confusing you can just look at the original game thread and some of the more resent posts on there. You'll figure it out.
