EOS Random time

I would need to get a random time in the range of 0.25 to 1.5 seconds.
I gave an eval and inserted javascript. In time, I used eval again and entered the output value, but it didn't work.
I would need precise instructions.

Try multiplying with 1000.

When using eval, it takes value as milliseconds.
