The only pegs I could get at short notice were little evil plastic f***kers with a plasic grip at the end of each. When I took them off a few of the plastic grips decided to stay...ooooowwweeee!

The advantage was that they were a lot smaller than wooden ones, so more room.

My plastic ones have no bite so I do not use them.

PS - I'm still not sure how someone got 68 (are you guys using little tiny ones or something? We just have the ~4 inch long wooden ones like you'd actually use for hanging clothes)

Mistress D, I'm using 3 1/4" pegs (8.255 cm), and yes I do hang wet laundry with some of them (when Miss Jay is NOT using them of course! I know Her tasks take precedence.)! If they didn't hurt so bad when applied, I could probably manage a few more, really taking my time to pinch the slightest amount of skin, making sure there's NO free space in between them, stretching the skin to maximize surface area, (This is very scientific I'll have You know! Yes, I LOVE science!) but it's a time-pressured thing too. I think You understand! I'm just glad I didn't have to leave them on for awhile like last time or crop them off (or zipper them off like some pets had to... right ARIA?! You need to find a way to be with Helena... unless she likes American guys! Kidding, of course.)

Yes to both alex. I do have plastic ones as well, but they don't have the pinching power that these wooden ones do, so I choose not to use them. I also have many woodworking spring clamps that put pegs to shame! OUCH!

I say 'pegs' on Milo so I don't confuse anyone, but I call them clothespins here in U.S.

By the way, I was symbolic in my peg application this time, thinking of Miss Jay's special day yesterday and the weeks I've been denied by Her... She locked me May 3. (Although I was denied for a week previous to my locking). So do the math and that should give you a good guess at my number of pegs!

Cool ! Yeah i remember seeing in a tease a while back something about using clothes pins which over here are like this>>>> All the pics for clothes pins are bloody pegs!!! (they are a bit like a paper clip but 1 end opens and closes to reveal a sharp point to stab through cloth etc) Therefore loads of these = AAAGG hospital possibly haha I`m quite squeemish too so f*** that!!

Your 'pins' sound quite serious! "SHARP points"?! "STAB"!!!!???? Yikes! I don't like using those words in the groin area! Hopefully LMJ won't have us start using them, especially since you are squeamish! Well, I'm a glutton for punishment...
My peg # can soon be easily beaten, if not already. Everyone did a bunch more than previously. It'll be over 100 pegs in no time! I'm impressed with almost everyone, first-timers included. (NOT bird though... for only having 25 pegs! Geeez, I think he should be punished for NOT having a better supply for Mistress D. ).

i tried to beat my 50 a bit later and only got to about 18 and it was too much i had to stop
also twisting pegs ouch!!!

p.s. Thanks for the 'well done' alex. Yes, 92 pegs, although I know I'm over the alotted time (it was worth it even if I'm DQ'd. I had to 'perform' Miss Jay's tasks in order too, so MAYBE She'll allow a bit of flexibility since I'm far off UK time.). But who better to bend the rules than Miss Jay... IF She's pleased with my attempt. After all, I WAS at work late.

I suppose I should get a wink or two. Yes, it's 3:10 a.m. and a good night is in order.
