Find players who wants to play
Talk between players to decide the girls, so pornstars/models that give us a ballbusting vibe (we think they could be a good mistress irl), and we reach a good number that can fit in a playoff type of tournament so 4, 8, 16, 32...
Find a good number of sexy pics for the girls
Decide all the type of tasks you want to include in the matches
Decide how the girl wins the match
Play every match until you have a girl champ
Player that collected the most points wins

An example of match could look like this:
Girl A (playerd the first day) vs Girl B (played the second day), third day is for the tie breaker
You set up a slideshow or something like that with the pics chosen before, you take a metronome for stroking speed (this is also decided before)
-Hit your balls for the girl 100 times at low intensity
-Tie your balls and stroke for the girl until you edge
-Hit your balls for the girl 50 times at medium intensity
-Hang a weight (example 2 kg) to stretch your balls and edge 10 times with a 10 seconds pause between the edges
-Hit your balls for the girl 10 times at hard intensity
-Put a weight on your balls (toilet seat with 10 kg maybe?) and edge 10 times with a 10 seconds pause between the edges
Repeat this in day two with the other girl
The player can decide to play all the tasks for a girl, play just some, or play none, he gets X number of points for the completed tasks
The girl you have completed the most tasks for wins the round and gets a point from the player, the girl who gets most points from all the players wins the match
In case of a tie, most likely case is player did all the tasks for both girl, in the third day you play a tie breaker, flip a coin to decide which girl goes first, hit your balls very hard for the first girl, then do it for the second girl, then back for the first and goes on, the first girl able to floor you three times wins (the tie breaker gives to the player additional points but only if he reached the tie breaker after doing all the tasks for both girls)

Additional 4th day could be the ballbusting orgasm celebration, players are denied for the whole tournament but every time a girl wins a match we take a day for a special task where we do a starting number of edges for the winner, let's say 5, then we do edge--->20 seconds of break--->10 ballbusting hits until she manages to ruin our orgasm with ballbusting, for the last day with the winner of the tournament we do the same thing but with a full orgasm
