I am sorry but I never heard that an wet dream is an orgasm. The dream itself is very stimulating yes and can be very arousing but that doesnt lead to an orgasm. What happens after some time is that your body releases seminal fluid and thats what people call a wet dream, but that hasnt really something to do with that you would have an orgasm in your sleep.
