A bluetooth remote cockring and other disappointments

I bought a wireless cockring, to be remoted by app, but I had a problem. I load the battery for one time and now it is not able to load anymore. I think maybe it is my fault because in the security guide is the sentence that it has been to be loaded up to 8 hours for the first time. But in the quick start guide I read that it has to load for an hour and that the light will show if it is ready. So of course I read the quick start for the first use. After 45 minutes the light shows that the battery is full. But I let it load until the timer I set on one hour rings. Ok, I played around and than I try to connect it with the pornhub app. It doesn't worked and I thought okay then not. But I then I recognized that the battery was off power. I try to load it, but nothing happend and also the light didn't show that it is loading. Now I am not sure if I should ask for warranty, because first maybe I did wrong and they will say that and then I only have all the trouble and second if I am honest the toy just don't is satisfacting at all. It is nice to have but I know that I will never cum by that toy. It is only mild teasing. But on the other side very loud.

The whole order was bullshit. I already complained that my neighbor got the open really weak package and have to bring it to me. Their statement is that that could happen if you buy online and it is not their business. There is a blow-up-doll in that order, that is be sold as w/ exchangeable insert, but the insert isn't even a masturbator. It is a cast print of the outside of an pussy and one inch deep on one side. and it is a similar thing but a cast print of a asshole one inch deep and both glued into the doll. But it is sold as a doll with a insert. You know, a whole tube to put a dick in, but it is only a cupcake sized thing of that material in a fleshlight. An absolut giveaway and nothing else. I just don't have the power to complain much. I also read that nobody ever has complained succefully. Even if that is called the biggest, greatest, best online shop for that demand. But in reality it is only doing dozens of television advertise and after reading testimonials outside of there internet site I read all the same lowest rating.

Also many paople wrote that they have the battery problem w/ the cockring and I think they all does the same mistake(loading 1 hour) or it is real trash. But the online shop is the official selling partner in my country. So I feel intimidated to ask for the 15 years warranty.

How would you do it? Just put everything in garbage and forget or is there an other idea?

If the stuff is broken or just doesn't match the description I would demand a refund.
For shops I don't know paying with PayPal usually helps, if you complain there with proof they will give you your money back, even if the seller doesn't want to. With other payment methods a refund may be hard to get though.
