New years resolution is to get more exercise. A fun twist I've found is to put on a CH video and get on the bike or elliptical. Adjust your speed to correspond with the strokes. The changing intensity in the video gives a great workout. Good fast paced music and interesting eye candy.

Each video gives a different experience, just like when you watch them the normal way. I've only gone through a handful so far but am looking forward to more.

My dream exercise program involves CH videos, the Star Trek Enterprise (TNG) holodeck, and well-scanned boobs of the galaxy's finest porn stars, boobs and other appendages which all coordinate with and connect to weight-lifting and cardio equipment by means of secret cables or tractor beams, such that my every sexual urge and motion will encounter optimal resistance in order to build the body of my dreams ... of my wet dreams. :)
