Do you think Milovana.com is perfect in every way? Hopefully not, so what can we do to improve? Every idea, suggestion or criticism is highly appreciated.

There is no way Milovana will be exchanging anything with them. Wouldn't want to catch the clap or something.
But I guess them trying to cozy up means our anti-spam measures have had an impact, right?
We had some PM spam yesterday, fortunately I was at the PC when it happened and since I have a couple of accounts it was easy to identify. They managed to get off about 100 PMs before I banned them. I'm pretty sure we already have a rate limit on how many PMs one person can send, but we might need additional restrictions for new users.
Personally I would suggest being very vague with what you say you are doing to protect against spam or anything else. I would only share specifics of that with the people that need to know.
