iFIle.it Download Issues

Not sure if anyone else has this problem. whenever i try to download the large files from ifiles it downloads part of the file and then stops. I am not very tech savvy. Can someone please help. Is this a problem with my computer or internet provider or with the rar program i am using? thanks.

Thanks Indigo. How can i stop the network from re-authenticating? Also i use firefox browser. Tried to search for firefox download help and i saw some 14 add-ons - which one do you recommend. thanks.

As Indigo said I would recommend using firefox and an addon called "downthemall".

It makes downloading from ifile so easy.

the best thing is to download the files one at a time.
tandem downloads seem to be the problem.

I tried flushing dns - did not help at least that is not the problem.

I tried downloading 1 file at a time - still it stopped mid-way. Is is possible that there are other programs in the background downloading something from the internet and tripping the download?

I have downloaded these files before. no problem - this is a recent happening.

Also recently. when i watch videos online - i used to be able to buffer them up. Now they buffer up few minutes of video then stop.

Can someone please help....

I would suggest you reboot your modem and/or router.
Check the networking Tab in task manager.
Try a different browser chrome<><> fire fox
