I'd have to create a custom forum rank, and assign permissions, and for just one person ... *shrugs*.
Though - that does bring up an interesting thought ... perhaps a project wherein we assign special ranks to certain folks based on certain criteria, or as a type of reward system ... I know they do it on some sites ... I might have to run this by Ph0x to determine viability of such a program ...
