Ms. Angela,

I have had another thought on what I could offer.

I will spunk on a friend or relative of your choosing's pillow and leave a note indicating that it is indeed my mess if I were to lose the bet.

Wow - the superbowl is just 2 hours away...

I look forward to hearing who Mistress Angela picks..
(I am not a participant in this game nor the superbowl, but it is exciting just to watch :-) )

- I love any kind of game, and this is a league I would like to be in some day :-)

Noooooooooooooooooooo!

I am a huge Pats fan (which is why I didn't try to get in on this bet) so this sucks.

Oh well, Giants Defense played great. I'm sure I'll be more pissed about it as it sinks in, but for now congrats Giants fans.

And I really hope that everybody here plays fair and will do what he promised. In Germany we have a phrase "Wettschulden sind Ehrenschulden" That means "Bet debts are a question of honor" I hope it was translated correctly
Hi iam Dennis from Germany i bet on the Giants

The most humilating thing i can imagine is beeing fucked by a man so if the giants loose my ass will no longer be a virgin ass

I would let the guy take pics of me
Are you serious? :-O
Yes i wanted to be chosen so i had to bring a good wager

Ok I watched the final and I have to admit: I explored a new "most boring sport" for myself |-) I mean if you play football maybe it's fun but to watch it is horrible. There are soooo much commercial breaks, timeouts etc. In German we had no commercial breaks because our TV is not allowed to do it after 8pm. So I always looked at a football field where nothing happened.

Of course some breaks are ok, but if the duration of the breaks is longer than the duration of the game there is something wrong. I prefer Basketball as American Sport.

Maybe it's more exciting if you are fan of a team. I mean the result was close.

I think the most important thing in american sport is to sell advertising - And the NFL is very good at that :-)

But I was a regular viewer of NFL a few years ago...
- When it was broadcasted on TV2 Zulu here in Denmark, they had some great hosts who would fill the many breaks (Commercials are only allowed in the half-time break here)

Now it is brought by a different network, with hosts who know everything about american football - but very little about entertainning...

I watched the first quarter, figured the experts were right - Patriots will win in a close but low-scoring match - And went to bed :-(

So I missed the surprise ending...

But I am still waiting to hear the end of thread/bet :-) - That is exciting too

Things move faster during the first period and third since the teams are saving their timeouts for the second and forth periods.

The fourth period is the WORST since both sides are trying their best to stretch things out so they can get a few last minute points.

First of all it's all a matter of taste. I prefer sports like Football and Baseball because of their slower pace. It lets me absorb what just happened and kinda try to figure out what's gonna happen next. It's more like a chess game sort of thing with outmaneuvering your opponent(s). Soccer/Futbol, Hockey and Basketball are great, but I find myself losing track of the action and what's going on.

As for the advertising, the Super Bowl is far worse than every other game of the year in this respect. Football at least generally keeps it to just 1-3 commercials in each break, when most normal shows end up with less frequent but longer breaks. They charge huge money for super bowl spots and if they don't get them all in, I'm sure they'll get screwed by advertisers/sponsers.

But that doesn't change the fact that it would kick ass to have no commercials except during halftime. I need my halftime break to make food runs and similar things.

It will be interesting to see how this turns out.

We all made our pledges here and have to stick by them . . .

I can't wait to hear who Miss Angela picks, that's for sure.

Football is a much more physical sport than Basketball though. IN basketball the players can catch their breath between points. Football players give it their all on every single play

No one has to stick by it though since Ms Angela lost.

Either She picked someone out before the game already and they know it or She's not going to follow through with it (since the bet was never completed).
