This is a little more than a hiccup, chat is down until one of those wonderful behind the scenes people comes to our rescue.

We're trying to track down the issue that is causing chat to suddenly and uncharacteristically become unstable. 1 downtime a month has been about the worst case we've had with this new setup and now suddenly we've had downtime 3 days in a row. Something is out of whack and we're trying to find out what.
