There are none of the usual "stroke here" beat graphics, and no instructions. Beat Hero is a PMV (porn music video) with graphical help to keep time with the song.
This episode of Beat Hero is a mashup of Fuck U Betta, by Neon Hitch, and DJ Chuckie's remix, cut with a striptease by Maitland Ward.
The beat graphics are partly a test of mixing E̶a̶s̶y̶ Beat Meters with Davinci Resolve / Fusion with Beatmeter Generator.
Beat Hero is a masturbation and edging game based upon Guitar Hero, Rock Band, and the Milovana On Video community's long history of PMV and similar games. In Beat Hero you masturbate to the beat of the music as shown in the beat meter graphics, but the song's tempo and measure are the only cues given. Beat Hero is about finding rhythms for yourself, rather than following scripted instructions.
