I've added CH Prime Fitness to my Mega sharing zone (see .sig below).
I give it a solid A-minus, maybe B-plus? Personal review of the Cock Hero Prime Fitness experience follows:
I DL'ed it and watched it through, and I found it very well put together. The video editing and the songs and the porn images are all done well, they match one another, the beat-meter is easy to follow and is accurate to the on-screen indications and the background sounds. So, all of that is great!
As far as the content, many people will probably like this one a lot. It strings together the "plot" on the basis of different types of exercise -- dance, ballet, weight-lifting, etc. -- which is a cool way to put in a little bit of a linkage among all the different episodes or rounds. It's not really important that the plot be compelling, or even believable. It's just important that there BE one at all. As with (for example) the Island series, although the "plot" is really pretty silly (uh, a Nintendo Super Mario island of large-breasted women and you get whisked away by helicopter and you have to bone the flat-chested one and then you find the oracle and ... wtf!?
of COURSE it's silly!
), but the mere FACT that the author bothered AT ALL to have a plot, somehow causes the whole thing to hang together better. I'd suggest this for all CH creators: think up a theme or plot, and MAKE SURE you just spend two seconds (that's all! or a little more?) at the start of each round making sure that the upcoming round is connected to that theme or plot. Beta Test, Island (as mentioned), Vampire, Champion of Cocknia, they all benefit from this, and they're CH's which more people tend to prefer, than they would if the same scenes were simply spliced together without any explanation for WHY the splicing was done in that order or why the choices of those scenes were made. Great, that the plot in Prime Fitness (or theme) works similarly.
This one may be a favorite of a lot of people. It could be (for those who have the aligned preferences) the ideal mix of softcore posing that leads up to hardcore action. I can see that the author is moving in that direction, probably trying to bring about an effect like that. Lots of people will appreciate it for that fact.
For me, however, it's not really getting me all horned up. I didn't find this particular video as enticing or sexy as some other videos in the cock-hero genre, perhaps because it's just not exactly my style. One thing that gets me is the speed of the jump-cuts at certain points. It seems to be concentrated during the more hardcore selections. There is a lot of jump-cutting at what might be called the "hotter" parts, and that might have simply come about largely (I think?) because there is also generally a faster beat required at those hotter parts, and faster music then, too. But to me, the quick cutting just reduces rather than increases the impact of the hotness of the scenes. So it's kind of a self-fulfilling system -- either (1) the quicker cuts during the hot parts means that the hotness is increased by the quickness' intensity; or (2) the quicker cuts diffuse the hotness of the hot parts; therefore (1 or 2) those who like it will like it a lot and those who can't follow it will dislike it a lot. Maybe? Anyway, that was my experience, I think. Intermittent to those hotter scenes, there's a lot of softcore posing, more so than in most typical videos of this genre (which is of course fine!). Clearly, softcore posing will work with a lot of people who like softcore posing, and it even works with someone who is more into hardcore, such as myself. It works with my own preferences, example: I am totally in LOVE with the Audition and Psytrance series'es, they really succeed in turning me on and bringing about the "forced" (even though sometimes resisted) desire to finish, and they're mostly or entirely softcore style posing. Also Evolution, IIRC. Unfortunately, FOR ME (though this may likely not be the case for other viewers) the potential beneficial effect in Prime Fitness was rather diluted, due to (as explained) the change-overs from softcore posing to (unfortunately, not-very-hot-feeling) hotter parts that present hardcore porn, since the hardcore nature didn't really impose itself on me because I was unable to focus quickly enough at the jump cuts. Sadly, the diluted hardcore portions thus ALSO added to a dilution of the softcore portions, a conglomerated or aggregate effect which, for me, over the course of watching the whole thing, started to tax my interest. Thus, I got a really watered down version of the horniness that was intended, I think. Not enough horniness in the softcore and in the reality-based non-core (uh? right word?) because that's what softcore and non-core generally ARE intended to do, but also not enough horniness in the hardcore, though for a different reason. Just my experience, won't be everyone's.
Well, I said an AWFUL lot to explain this effect on me. I don't mean to denigrate this video as much as the length of this review (particularly the negatives in the previous paragraph) might imply to a casual reader. It's a really well done video, in terms of editing and technical mastery; furthermore, this one is likely going to be among the tops for many people with mainstream and straightforward interests, and it tends toward the softcore, with reality-scenes (sexy "real world" workouts, dancing, Fraules twerking, etc.) which is a nice new trend in cock-hero production. (Hmm, just wondering, do the Fraules girls also do escorting? I can see a nice cross-over niche there for the lucky average bloke who lives in ... Frankfurt? whatever city it's in ...)
I give it a solid A-minus, maybe B-plus? It's not an A or A-plus because that's reserved for a few of the mega-famous ones which have stood the test of time (Fail, Next, Temptation 1, f.e.); but it's DONE as well as those. And for ME personally, it gives me a B-plus or B level of experience, a little lower than the norm would be; it may be better or worse for you personally.
Great work!
